Our Services

All Services

  • BATHING

Treat your pet to a luxurious bath. Our special, cleansing baths remove dirt, debris and that doggie pet odor – your pet will feel fresh and revitalized. If scratching is a problem, our medicated baths contain soothing agents that stop the itching. Services also include nail trim and ear cleaning.

  • BOARDING

Our boarding facilities are indoor, with outdoor runs available for exercising. Our kennel is maintained by very well trained, conscientious and loving employees who keep it extremely clean, and give your pets the highest care. You are welcome to bring a toy or two, and we encourage you to bring your own food so that there are no tummy upsets. Your pet will be taken out to the outer runs three times or more a day, depending on the weather and their individual needs. We also have the ability to walk pets on a leash, if needed. We have a large area where we can let puppies socialize and play safely.

Policy Change:  Due to the increasing number of boarding clients in the area, we have had to change our boarding policy to require a two day deposit for holiday boarding. If clients need to cancel, they must call no later than 7 days prior to their scheduled arrival date - anything less than the seven days notice will mean that they lose their deposit. We regret having to enforce this new policy, but we are trying to be fair to all of our clients. More and more frequently clients are reserving runs and then not coming to board - and we have a waiting list for every holiday. We'd like to be able to accommodate those clients, if we can give them ample notice. We hope that you will understand.

  • DENTAL CARE

Regular professional cleaning is important to maintaining your pet's teeth. We use modern and safe ultrasound to clean each tooth thoroughly - above and below the gum line. Dental technicians polish teeth to create a smooth, lustrous tooth surface more resistant to plaque buildup. Fluoride treatments help strengthen enamel and reduce tooth sensitivity. With our state of the art anesthesia, our procedures are even safe for seniors.

  • EMERGENCY AND CRITICAL CARE

In any emergency, seconds count. Our experienced staff is well qualified to administer the ABCs of basic life support – Airway, Breathing, Circulation/Cardiac compressions. We will do all that we can to help your pet survive a trauma...and our care extends beyond the immediate needs, and into the days that follow during the recovery phase. Emergency care is offered during regular business hours.

  • FULLY STOCKED PHARMACY

We stock a wide range of the best veterinary drugs in the animal healthcare field. If your pet needs something that we don't stock, our doctors are happy to write you a perscription that you can have filled at your local drug store. If you require something unusual on a regular basis, you can make arrangements to have it on hand when you need it. Should you need an ongoing perscription filled, please feel free to email us at crossvet@aol.com a couple of days ahead, and we'll have it waiting for you; or you can call us at 770-591-5474.
